Invantive Estate

This function is specifically for system administrators.

For optimal performance the application uses statistics of the stored data. These statistics are not updated automatically. After every major change in the stored date (for example, a conversion) the statistics need to be updated by this script. Moreover, it is recommendable to update the statistics every month.
