General Ledger Codes Screen

The meaning of the entry fields is:

Code	Unique alphanumeric code that identifies the general ledger code.
Description	Description of the general ledger code.
Balance / Profit & Loss	Indicator which indicates if it is a balance or profit and loss entry.
Credit/debit	Indicator which indicates if it is a credit or debit entry.
