A platform may hold documents with its data: an attachment on a transaction, a scan of an invoice, a photograph with an article. Invantive Business presents them as the subject "Documents", reading `BUS_DOCUMENTS_R`. The subject holds the file name, the moment of creation and the contents of the document itself. What a platform offers differs: - Exact Online offers the documents of its document management; - an XML audit file offers the attachments carried in the file, and only when the extensions of Exact Online are switched on for that connection; - the sample data offers none. The documents of the same platforms are also available as a file system over FTP through [[Invantive Business Server/Invantive Business Server|Invantive Business Server]], which is a product of its own.
