Every subject of the [[Explorer]] opens as a list, and every list works the same way. Learning it once is enough for all of them. ![[20260809-business-list.png]] Above the list sits a bar reading "Drag a column here to group by that column". Dragging a column header onto it groups the rows by the values of that column, and dragging a second one groups within the first. Each column header carries three controls: - the header itself, which sorts on that column and sorts the other way round when chosen again; - a summary sign, which puts a total, a count or an average of that column under the list; - a filter sign, which limits the rows to the values chosen. Under the list sits a bar with the name of the subject and the actions which hold for every list: - "Audit": who changed what, and when. - "History": the earlier states of the row selected, on a platform which keeps them. - "Refresh": fetch the data again from the platform. - "Export": take the list out as a file. The rows are fetched from the platform through the [[Business Drivers|Business driver]], for the partition chosen in the toolbar. A subject the platform holds no data for shows an empty list with its columns, rather than an error.
