The "Edit" menu holds one entry: - "Refresh": fetches the subject on screen again from the platform. It does the same as "Refresh" on the bar under the list, and is there for the reader who looks for it in the menu. What is refreshed is the subject open, not the whole tree; see [[Caching]].
