A list can be put under a heading per value, so that the rows of one company, one journal or one period stand together: - Open a subject. - Drag a column header onto the bar above the list, which reads "Drag a column here to group by that column". - The rows are grouped by the values of that column. - Drag a second column onto the bar to group within the first. Dragging the column header back into the list undoes the grouping. The grouping holds for as long as the subject stays open and is not kept when another subject is chosen.
