The log-on window reports what went wrong with a message code. The codes below are the ones which recur, with what they mean. - `itgenxpf001`: the folder given to the XML audit file driver does not exist. The message names the folder; see [[Point the XML Audit File Driver at a Folder]]. - `itgenflk004`: another Invantive product on the device is holding the keychain. It is released within milliseconds in normal use, so a message means the other product is waiting for something itself; the message names the process holding it. The diagnostics window is reachable before logging on, through the spanner at the bottom left of the log-on window, since logging on is what often fails. It reports the device, the licence and the installation; see [[Invantive UniversalSQL/General/Diagnostics|Diagnostics]]. Where a platform refuses the credentials, the message comes from the platform itself and is passed on unchanged.
