A module which has nothing under it is a different symptom from an empty list: a module carries no function code and is therefore always shown, while every subject under it appears only when its function is licensed and authorised. A module without a single subject therefore points at the rights rather than at the data. What to check: - the licence, through "License" in the "Help" menu; - the diagnostics window, through "Diagnostics..." in the same menu, which reports the licence and the installation; - whether other modules are equally empty, which distinguishes a licence covering nothing from one subject being unavailable.
