The Invantive products are offered within a defined service area. Several checks enforce it, and each reports with a code of its own, so the code says which check refused.
## At Registration
- `itgeneuy059` and `itgeneuy131`: the e-mail address supplied lies outside the service area.
The check looks at the top-level domain of the address. A domain such as `.co` is assigned to a country outside the area, so an address in it is refused even when the organisation behind it sits well inside the area — and organisations do choose a top-level domain of another country for their own reasons.
Where that is the case, ask through the chat for the domain to be admitted. Allow up to two days: the request is assessed rather than granted automatically.
An address of a type of organisation which is excluded from service is refused whatever its domain.
## While Browsing
- `itgenwaf003`: the content is not available in the country the request comes from. The check is on the address the request arrives from, so a connection through a network elsewhere trips it as well.
- `itgenwaf001`: the content is not available at the moment, because of possible abuse of the services. This is not a country matter. Where the message appears to be wrong, report it to the security address named in the message rather than retrying.
## Why It Exists
The service area bounds where Invantive offers and supports its products. A country outside it is not served, and neither the products nor the websites are available there. The area itself is published on the Invantive website; it changes, so consult it rather than a copy.
