"Install database" turns an ordinary Microsoft Word document into an Invantive Composition template: it adds a repository to the document in which the definition of the model is held. From that moment the document carries its own model and can be edited with the model editor; see [[Edit Model]]. The repository is part of the document, so the template stays one file: copying the document copies the model with it.
