With 'Archive Document' you open a window to save a published document in any supported DMS directly from within Invantive Composition. You can also save documents in the file system. The advantage of a central DMS is that everyone has fast and secure access to documents. In this window, you fill in the Details tab and the Properties meta-data of the document:  Then click on 'Archive Document' and the document will be archived.
