"Open Invantive Composition Template" in the group "Document Management" opens a template. It looks in the document management system the product is configured against, and a template can of course also be opened from the file system like any other document. The advantage of a central document management system is that everyone works from the same version, whichever device they sit at. Which templates are offered depends on the rights of the user. Once a template has been chosen it is published straight away; see [[Publish]].
