The Excel formula `I_MDL_ON_BEFORE_UPLOAD` retrieves the on before upload code block of the model from the Invantive Control repository. The "on before upload" code block is executed when the upload part of a synchronization starts. There are no parameters. Returns: on before upload code block of the repository model.
