In this window, you can configure Invantive Control for Excel.  The fields in the “General” tab are as follows: - Use Invantive Control for Excel: If ticked, it is possible to activate Invantive Control for Excel. - Development mode: If ticked, the Modeller tab becomes visible in the ribbon. This option is only required for a model developer. - Retrieve settings from: This field contains the file path of the XML file containing the connection settings. - Number of available connections: This field indicates the number of available connections to databases.  The meaning of the fields in the “Advanced” tab is: - Installation location: This field contains the location of the Invantive Control for Excel installation file. When Excel starts up, this location is checked to see if a new version of Invantive Control for Excel is available. If a newer version is available, you will be asked if you wish to install it. - Installation destination folder: This indicates the local file location of Invantive Control for Excel where the programme is stored. - Configuration file: This is the file location of the local configuration file containing the settings. - Enable debug mode: If ticked, the Modeller tab is available; see [Model Developer User Interface](invantive-control-user-interface-model-developer). This option should only be ticked at Invantive’s request.
