Import daily exchange rates into one or more Exact Online companies using the 'Import Exchange Rates' function. The criteria for companies, currencies and the date range can be specified in the form:  The button "Import" loads all exchange rates matching the criteria into the companies where not yet present. No actual import takes place when the checkbox "Testrun" is checked. The parameters are separated in a number of sections. ### Exact Online Companies The available companies in Exact Online to import the selected currencies to. Use "Select All" to select all available companies for the import. Use "Select Default" to select the Exact Online company last used in Exact Online for the import. ### Currencies A list of currencies can be selected. Use "Select All" to select all available currencies for the import. Use "Select Default" to select the default currencies "USD", "EUR" and "GBP". ### Date Range Selection Select the number of days prior to the date indicated (today as default) to import currencies for. ### Download Report After an successful import, a Currency Import Action Report can be downloaded:  The report is made available as an Excel worksheet named "Currency Import Action Report", plus today's date. The workbook has the following worksheets: - Parameters: criteria that specify the report contents. - Summary: aggregated statistics on the import. - Divisions: details of the chosen Exact Online companies. - Existing Rates: exchange rates present before importing in the date window. - Details: imported exchange rates per date, company and currency. ## Bookmark The URL shown by the browser can be bookmarked.
