Currency Tools reaches Exact Online through the Exact Online APIs, so it works with the rights the user grants it. Those rights are granted once, in Exact Online itself, when the app is first used. ## Granting On first use Exact Online asks the user to accept and then to allow the app. The steps are Exact Online's own: accept the conditions, confirm the understanding, and then "Allow". Only after that does Currency Tools see any company. ## Being Asked Again Being asked again is normal and does not mean anything is wrong. Exact Online grants rights per scope, and a scope which the app did not ask for before has to be granted separately. Currency Tools asked again when the modules for [[Invantive Currency Tools for Exact Online/Functions/Dutch ICP Transactions|Dutch ICP transactions]] and [[Invantive Currency Tools for Exact Online/Functions/Foreign Currency Transactions|foreign currency transactions]] were added, because reading those needs rights which importing exchange rates does not. Answer the questions again to continue. Declining leaves the previously granted rights untouched, so importing exchange rates keeps working while the new modules do not. ## A Company Which Is Not Offered Not every Exact Online company is necessarily linked on first use. A company which is missing can be added afterwards without granting the rights again. Withdrawing them stops Currency Tools from reaching the environment at once; granting them again is the same procedure as the first time.
