Invantive Currency Tools for Exact Online serves a defined area, and both the companies offered and the currencies offered follow from it. ## Companies An Exact Online company registered in a country outside the service area is not shown in Currency Tools and cannot be loaded with exchange rates. This has applied since 17 September 2025; before that date such a company was still offered. The country of the company decides, not the country of the Exact Online subscription or of the user. ## Currencies Currencies of a number of countries outside the service area are no longer supported: - Afghanistan, `AFN`; - Israel, `ILS`; - Russia, `RUB`; - Sudan, `SDG`. The reason is that current or former members of the governments of these countries are wanted by the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity. A currency which is not offered here cannot be worked around inside the product. Where the rate is needed anyway, retrieve it through [[Invantive UniversalSQL/Invantive UniversalSQL|Invantive UniversalSQL]] and write it to Exact Online with a statement of your own. ## Other Countries Currency Tools itself covers the Exact Online countries named on the [[Invantive Currency Tools for Exact Online/Invantive Currency Tools for Exact Online|landing page]]. For an Exact Online environment in another country, build an application in [[Invantive Cloud/Invantive Cloud|Invantive Cloud]] on a database holding an Exact Online data container and an exchange rates data container, and import the rates from there. ## Currencies Exact Online Does Not Know Exact Online decides which currencies it accepts. A currency which Exact Online does not know cannot be imported however the rate is obtained; cryptocurrencies are the usual example.
