All Get My Report modules can be used on multiple Exact Online companies (also named "divisions" or "administrations") at the same time. This makes it easy to consolidate data across companies without extra work, such as:
- downloading the general ledger balances and profit & loss of all companies for financial consolidation;
- downloading sales figures and open invoices of all companies in one spreadsheet;
- downloading all documents stored in multiple companies as one ZIP file;
- uploading journal entries into multiple companies from one Excel workbook.
Most modules have a "Company(s)" parameter. The parameter defaults to the default company of the user as registered on Exact Online. The following values can be specified:
- one specific company, chosen from the list of accessible companies;
- multiple companies;
- empty; all accessible Exact Online companies will be included.
The list of accessible companies is determined by the authorisations of the user on Exact Online. Get My Report never provides access to companies the user can not access on Exact Online itself.
