## Purpose An overview of balance and P&L per period. This module is typically used by financial professionals and business controllers to consolidate the balance sheet and profit & loss statement across multiple companies, for instance during period-end closing or when preparing management reports in Excel. ![[20260529-gmr-module-balances.png]] ## Parameters The following parameters can be specified on this module `gmr-eol-balances`: - Exact Online company division code to be downloaded. When empty, all accessible Exact Online companies will be downloaded. - Financial year from and through to include. Defaults to the current financial year. - Financial period from and through to include. - General Ledger account code; only include balances on general ledger accounts whose code matches the specified [[Patterns|pattern]]. ## Output The Excel workbook has the following worksheets: - Parameters and their values. - Balances, with the balance and profit & loss amounts per company, general ledger account and period. ## Tables The following Exact Online tables are used by this module: - BalanceLinesPerPeriodAll - GLAccountsIncremental - GLAccountTypes
