Freshdesk SQL-Driverattributen |
Het SQL-stuurprogramma voor Freshdesk heeft veel kenmerken die kunnen worden verfijnd om de verwerking te verbeteren in scenario's met onbetrouwbare netwerkverbindingen naar de API-server van Freshdesk of met grote hoeveelheden gegevens. Ook hebben veel drivers driver-specifieke attributen om het feitelijke gedrag te finetunen of data te verwerken die niet aan de specificaties voldoen.
Aan de Freshdesk-driverattributen wordt een standaardwaarde toegekend die zelden behoeft te worden gewijzigd. Indien nodig kunnen echter wijzigingen worden aangebracht op vier niveau's die in de onderstaande tabel met afzonderlijke vinkjes zijn aangegeven:
•Connection string: de connection string uit het settings*.xml bestand en toegepast tijdens het aanmelden.
•Set SQL-statement: een set SQL-statement dat moet worden uitgevoerd nadat de verbinding tot stand is gebracht.
•Aanmelden: waarde die door de gebruiker interactief moet worden opgegeven tijdens het aanmelden in een gebruikersinterface.
The connection string for Freshdesk can be found in the settings*.xml file used for the database. De referentiehandleidingen bevatten instructies voor het verplaatsen van de settings*.xml bestanden. Settings*.xml-bestanden bevinden zich meestal in de map </text><text styleclass="Code Example In Regel" translate="true">%USERPROFILE%\invantive</text><text styleclass="Normal" translate="true"> in de meeste implementatiescenario's. De referentiehandleidingen bevatten instructies voor het verplaatsen van de settings*.xml bestanden. Elke datacontainer van een database in de connection string kan een </text><text styleclass="Code Example In Regel" translate="true">connectionString</text><text styleclass="Normal" translate="true"> element hebben waarin de naam en de waarden van attributen worden gespecificeerd. Zowel naam als waarde moeten naar behoren worden geëscaped volgens de XML-semantiek. De feitelijke toepassing van de waarde gebeurt uitsluitend tijdens het aanmelden. Er moet een nieuwe verbinding tot stand worden gebracht om de waarde van het driverattribuut te wijzigen met behulp van een connection string.
Het set SQL-statement kan na aanmelding worden uitgevoerd. De syntaxis is: </text><text styleclass="Code Example In Regel" translate="true">set NAME VALUE</text><text styleclass="Normal" translate="true">, of voor een gedistribueerde database: </text><text styleclass="Code Example In Regel" translate="true">set NAME@ALIAS VALUE</text><text styleclass="Normal" translate="true">. In sommige scenario's moet u de naam van de driverattribuut tussen vierkante haken zetten om te voorkomen dat de naam wordt ontleed, bijvoorbeeld wanneer een gereserveerd SQL-trefwoord deel uitmaakt van de naam. De nieuwe waarde wordt direct na uitvoering van de set-statement van kracht. Het set-statement kan tijdens een sessie zo vaak worden uitgevoerd als nodig is.
Driverattributen die interactief op een waarde kunnen worden ingesteld worden meestal weergegeven in het aanmeldvenster. Afhankelijk van het platform en de ontwerpbeslissingen van de ontwerper van de gebruikersinterface kunnen sommige of alle beschikbare driverattributen beschikbaar worden gesteld.
