Project |
The project of which the comment is part of. |
Cost Type |
The cost category to which the comment refers. Cost categories can only be chosen from a master roll up of the type ‘Revenues’ and ‘Costs’. |
Explanation |
The text of the explanation. |
Release Deviation |
The budgetary surplus on this cost category and budget surpluses on related contract budgets can be used to compensate for deficits on other cost categories. |
